Character & Leadership Development

Our Character & Leadership Development programs help youth become responsible caring citizens and acquire skills to become successful members of their communities. These programs develop leadership skills and provide opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to the Club and community.

Educational Enrichment

Our Education and Career Development programs help youth pursue their aspirations for the future, providing opportunities for educational enhancement and career exploration.

Educational programs span a wide variety of subjects, from writing, math and science, to computer literacy. Some of our programs include Zoom Science, Money Matters, Dollars & Sense, and ClubTech/SkillsTech. These programs promote educational pursuits in a fun and hands-on manner.

Sports, Fitness & Recreation

Our Sports, Fitness & Recreation programs enable our members to develop good fitness and social/interpersonal skills, while increasing each member's repertoire of positive leisure-time activities and other outlets for reduction of stress.

These programs include Nike Fitness Challenge, soccer, basketball, field games and board games, and introduce concepts such as fair play, competition ladders/brackets and basic game theory.

Health & Life Skills

Our Health & Life Skills programs help youth achieve and maintain healthy, active lifestyles by teaching them the skills to make the right personal decisions as they grow.

Programs such as SMART Moves (Skill Mastery and Resistance Training), are age-appropriate classes that focus on social skills, problem solving, refusal skills and tobacco/drug/alcohol prevention. Other programs include Crest Cavity Free Zone, and Kids-In-Control Safety.

The Arts

Our Arts programs help young people enhance self-expression and creativity, develop multicultural appreciation, provide exposure to and develop skills in crafts and visual, performing and literary arts.

Multicultural art education programs use music, dance, drama, cooking, and crafts to teach our youth about other countries and cultures. The Exploration series introduces culturally specific projects, such as African masks and Japanese calligraphy, into the learning experience and makes use of seasons and holidays like Cinco de Mayo and Chinese New Year.
