All youth interested in participating in any of the MPBGC’s programs (including Special Camps and Sports Programs) must enroll as a MPBGC member. To enroll your child as a MPBGC member, just follow the quick and easy steps outlined below:
- Fill out a membership application ONLINE or download the PDF.
- Attend a membership orientation. Orientations sessions last about 30 minutes and cover the goals of the MPBGC, summarize our programs, review our member rules of conduct, and allow parents and youth to express any personal concerns or special needs their child may have. Upon completion of the Orientation session your child will be welcomed as an official member of the Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club!
- Pay the annual membership fee. The annual membership fee is $40 per child per academic year (June 1st – May 31st). Additional costs are required for our Summer, Winter and Spring Break Camps. Scholarships may be available for students, based upon proven need and available funding.
