On Saturday, January 4, 2020 Shoe Palace invited The Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club and its members to participate in their re-grand opening at the Serramonte Shopping Center.
Members were selected from five-club locations across San Mateo County. Members were chosen based on their participation, attendance, and their above and beyond service to the Club and to the community.
In previous re-grand openings, Shoe Palace worked with Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco and San Jose. Due to the market of the Peninsula, this was the first time Shoe Palace collaborated with The Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club.
“We will be looking forward to future collaborations with other projects”, according to the store manager and the CEO of Shoe Palace. The event was a great success and every child left with a smile on their face. I want to give a big shout out to The Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club Team and Partners for taking this opportunity to recognize our members and for doing it in such a short time frame.
